Valet Parking

To the plane without looking for a parking space - for passengers in a hurry, or those who simply want to avoid the bother of parking, the valet service is just the thing. Simply drive up to the departures level, park in one of the appropriately labeled valet-parking zones, and give us your keys. We'll park your car in a secure parking area. Upon your return, you may retrieve your keys at the Apcoa Autoparking GmbH Service Center on the ground floor of parking structure 3 when you present your parking contract. The service fee is 15,- Euro, plus parking fees (29,- Euro per day).

We'll go shopping for you. When you check your car at the appropriately labeled valet-parking zone on the departures level of the terminal, or drive directly into the secure parking zone in parking structure P2, you may select items from our shopping list. The range of items includes books, perfume, flowers, baked goods, jewelry, delicacies, and a range of spirits. The complete list will be provided by the valet service personnel when you drop off your car, or it can be viewed on the  Apcoa-Homepage. When you return to pick up your car, your shopping will be waiting to be picked up in the service center of Apcoa Autoparking GmbH on the ground floor of parking structure 3. The fee for the shopping service is 7,- Euro, not including the secure parking fee (29,- Euro per day).

Is your car ready for a thorough cleaning again? While you are going about your business or enjoying your vacation, we'll wash your car - inside and out. Just drop your car off on the day of your departure at the valet parking service on the departures level or in the secure parking zone of parking structure P2. You can pick up the key to your freshly polished vehicle in the service center of Apcoa Autoparking GmbH on the ground floor of parking structure 3 upon your return. The fee is 37,- Euro, not including secure parking fees (29,- Euro per day).

Bringing your car to the service center is seldom convenient. It is time consuming and rarely fits into your day's schedule. How would it be if we did that for you while you were on your trip? Audi, Ford and VW drivers can phone one of our partner service garages, and we'll take care of the rest. On the day of your departure, bring your car to the valet parking zone on the departures level or to the secure parking zone of parking structure P2. We'll contact the garage. They will send a driver to pick it up for repair. By the time you return, the repairs will have been completed, and your car will be at the airport waiting for you. You can retrieve your keys, repair documentation and invoice in the service center of Apcoa Autoparking GmbH on the ground floor of parking structure 3 upon your return.

Video-monitored parking spots are located in parking structure 2. A separate lane on the arrivals level will take you into the secure parking area. The parking rate is € 29.00 per day. We recommend calling Apcoa Autoparking GmbH to reserve a parking space at 0211-421-6637, Fax: 0211-421-6640.

Parking reservations are only possible for spaces in the secure parking zone in parking structure 2 (29,- Euro per day).

SkyTrain Stops

Parking structure P4, P5 and P6 are connected to the terminal via the SkyTrain. In about two minutes, you can arrive at the terminal dry-footed. Of course, upon your return, the SkyTrain will return you to parking structure. Your parking card is a valid SkyTrain boarding pass.

You can load the parking cards with a determinate value of parking time. A parking card allows you free access into the parking structure. The same card is then read upon your departure at the gate or by an attendant, and the appropriate time unloaded. When your card carries no more value, you can simply use the card machine to load more time onto your card. Parking cards can be obtained at the service center of Apcoa Autoparking GmbH on the ground floor of parking structure 3, and you can apply for one on the Apcoa-Homepage.

Businesses and travelers who park at the airport particularly frequently may apply for a parking account with Apcoa Autoparking GmbH. A permanent parking card registered in your name will be issued to you. It will be used upon entry to and exit from the parking structure. The accumulated parking fees will be tallied monthly and booked out of the account of your choice. Of course, entry and exit must occur in sequence. That means only one car at a time can park using the permanent card. Permanent parking cards can be obtained at the service center of Apcoa Autoparking GmbH on the ground floor of parking structure 3, and you can apply for one on the Apcoa-Homepage.

A Shell petrol station is located on the airport grounds. There you can fill up without cash using all major credit cards or an EC card with the PIN code. Follow the signs towards "Verwaltung" (Administration). Use our airport map for help.
