Traffic flows in the parking garage are controlled with a parking guide system for vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The parking garage is connected to the terminal by an attractive connecting structure with four elevators. Passengers reach the terminal over a connecting overpass without having to go outside.
Above the parking garage, two traffic roundabouts regulate all traffic in the east of "Airport City". They ensure a smooth flow of traffic within the airport zone and to the surrounding highways. The area above the underground parking was also included in the extensive landscaping and greening plan for open spaces.
